Community website hosting is available from HirMon & Associates for $35 per year. This is a full year subscription service and month-to-month or refunds for less than a full year are not provided.
What "community hosting" means is this: Your website is part of a "community" of other small websites. It is not "stand-alone" or dedicated full web hosting (although we offer that as well).
As such, you cannot access the "internals" of the website (such as a "cPanel" facility or the database facilities we provide), since to do so might compromise the operation of other websites on our servers. For most small site owners, this is not really an issue, but needs to be noted for completeness.
Compared to "special introductory offers" seen by some web hosting agencies that can run as low as $9.95 a month, HirMon’s community hosting at (approximately) $2.95 a month is a real bargain for the use for which it is intended.
The major differences between our community hosting and full webhosting can be summarized as follows:
